All of the receivers need a four (4) battery pack and this works for my need (with the additional part). Why would you put a, $2.99 9V connector on top of an AA battery holder. Why not just breakout 2 wires and then you can add what you'd like. You still have to solder with the 9 volt connector and it also take up more space. Capitalism at it's best!
