Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: I needed a small switch to activate the light in a large safe and turn it off when the door was closed. This fit the application perfectly !
Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: With this part, I was able to fix our dishwasher, avoiding a $150 maintenance charge and a $35 OEM part. The lever on the original switch had broken when the drawer was closed too aggressively. With the switch broken, the dishwasher refused to start. This part fit perfectly into the DS602 "tub microswitch" harness, allowing us to prolong the life of our dishwasher.

Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: Used as a replacement for a burnt out limit switch in a dishwasher. Was the same dimensions, and the level, albeit too short, was interchangable with the longer lever in the original part. Amazing that it was available at my local Radio Shack.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: I used one of these switches to activate my nitrous oxide system, it works really well and costs alot less than the ones that NOS, Edelbrock, and Nitrous Express sell.
Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: Used this switch in my 2000 Jetta as many others before me to replace a worn out microswitch in my drivers side door lock module. Can't beat spending only [$] for a $400 job! Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: Replaced the driver's door latch limit switch (car always thought the door was closed). Not an exact fit, but by enlarging the mounting holes on both the switch and the door latch (Dremel very handy here), two #4 bolts/nuts, and some epoxy, it works perfectly. New latch assembly not including labor would be $185+[...].

Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: I loved it and it worked for my robot projects greatly.

Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: This is a perfect replacement for the micro limit switches used in an electronic pet door. The OEM switches are garbage from Hi Tech Pet and usually fail within 6 months. (Our bulldogs are pretty rough on the door). I ran to the shack and purchased these and with a few bends of the arm and a quick solder job they are a perfect replacement. I have yet to replace one since switching to these. They have been going strong for over a year now. They are inexpensive too! I'll keep a spare just in case one of them does eventually fail and it's after hours.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about RadioShack SPDT Switch Without Roller: I used this to replace a broken switch in my 2002 Golf's driver door. The original switch was broken causing the car to never think the door was open. It would be $200 for a new door lock, so I installed this switch for a few dollars.
