I wanted to let everyone know when activating this phone through customer care via Radio Shack Rep-they told him the area code 84414 for North Ogden Utah was not covered, However after checking with current sprint owners and Sprint store in mall and my experience the phone works great in this area. Also the Sprint map shows the excellent coverage all accross the northern valley and they have updated a new tower and working on LTE in the moutains we live below. north ogden divide. :)

I bought this phone Friday and I love it. I use it for my music, videos, ebooks, games, web, and the basics talk/text. SO far everything is great about my new phone. :)

use it for everything,text,web,calls,gps,the red case look's great.The few things not so good,battery use is high,you have to charge it every day,if you used it a lot,or not.It will asked you if you want to turn off different things,(like gps,wi-fi etc)if you are not using them,makes the phone's battery last a few extra hours.The tilt flip screen sometimes does not work.But for the price,an stuff on this phone,i like it.

After receiving this phone about a week ago (and before activating) I posted an initial review. It appeared on Radio Shack and has now disappeared. This is my first smartphone, so no matter which one I would have purchased, there would have been a learning curve. Overall, although I am still acclimating, I like this phone. I had some problems getting it activated - I went through all the steps online with Virgin Mobile, but still had to call customer service to get activation finalized. When I made a test call, I was told by person I called that called ID showed that call came from a business in WPB, FL. Virgin Mobile customer service told me that they recycle phone numbers and after 7-10 days should show correct caller ID. I have not checked if this has happened. The battery seems week, but I changed to ECO mode and trust that will help. I can't give a total review as am still learning how to use this phone.
