I'm just a normal non- business type person who uses my cell phone as my main phone. It's my first android phone and I got used to it pretty quickly. The problems that I've had with this phone so far are occasional dropped calls, randomly my screen turns black and there is nothing I can do short of taking out the battery and putting it back in to make it return to normal. Also, several times mid-conversation, I ended up being on a three- way call with my voicemail by accident. I had no problem finding attractive cases for it ( I bought a few). I wish I would have researched a little more prior to getting this phone, and maybe got a Samsung galaxy rush instead.

I bought this phone over the weekend. It is really great. The screen is huge, and the pictures are awesome (very important to a mom that takes pics of EVERYTHING). It's my first smartphone so I was kind of nervous about learning how to operate it, but it has been exceptionally easy. My only 2 complaints would be not being able to save pictures that someone has texted to me (if there is a way I haven't figured it out yet), and not being able to find an attractive case for it. Oter than that, I am so glad I purchased this phone.
