        Pros

        • High Accuracy
        • Large display

        Cons

        • No backlight

        Best Uses

        • Outdoor temperature

Comments about RadioShack Indoor/Outdoor Wired Thermometer:

Simple is king. The wireless sensor units are junk. Most of the time either the base or sensor will fail after only a few months AND they usually are about 150% more in cost. This unit is very nice and has 2" digits for the outdoor reading. My minor nitpick is the lack of a backlight or a model with LED display versus LCD.
