Comments about Interactive Toy Concepts Polaris® Rush™ Radio-Controlled Snowmobile:

3S LiPo would work much better than 7 AA batteries due to lower internal resistance, but also by cutting down on weight (instead of 170 grams for AAs, LiPo would weigh 40 to 70 grams), in total you would get at least 30 - 40% increase in performance which would bring fun to a new level at no extra cost!

Comments about Interactive Toy Concepts Polaris® Rush™ Radio-Controlled Snowmobile:

I got mine used after a friend was disappointed with it's performance. Tried it once before replacing internals with some from an old RC racer, and the thing came alive. Now it's too fast to take turns and rolls over and over.

Stock, It is underpowered, and barely moves unless conditions are just right (packed, but not frozen snow).

Better off with a large R/C truck in the snow.
