The first one worked for a few days took it back got another one it worked for about two mos. wouldnot come on couldn't use remote. Took it back yesterday exchanged it got a new one, hooked it up screen came up but couldn't use remote. I was so disgusted the manager offered me another one I just decided to get in store credit because after 3 units one should have worked. So if you purchase this better buy warranty to be on safe side!!

Product worked well for about one week. Then the machine would lock-up while trying to use Netflix. The machine would power off by itself and re-boot itself. FRUSTRATING!

Would not unload DVD. I would unplug it to reset it, but after 4 months that did not work anymore. I had to pry the DVD out of the player. It would not unload. The screen stopped saying Hi and went blank and it would not respond to the remote anymore. I tried new batteries in the remote but the Digix still did not respond to the remote or the buttons on the player.

Other reviewers must have got a lemon because I have zero problems with mine . For the money I can't complain .

This player has gotten some bad reviews about loading slowly. This simply is not true. It simply could be your internet connection. Netflix loads and plays fairly quickly. I have cable internet, not DSL. Cable is far more superior.

Netflix was extremely slow and would freeze most of the time. Played DVDs ok. Received this blue ray player as a gift, but quickly returned it to the store for a credit. Definitely not worth the time, or the money.

I'm not sure about the other reviews but i bought mine and i have had it for over a couple of months now. The only thing i dislike about it is that it doesn't enough features and the remote may interfere with other devices but other than that nothing!

On my 2nd Digix. Both fail to turn on after using just a couple of times. First one Radioshack took back. I am having to mail the 2nd one back because I am over the 30 day time limit for returns. I wouuld not buy again.

Netflix loading was slow or would freeze up but I was patient and finally it would work great with a beautiful picture. Then 4 days later, any dvd I put in the tray would just make the tray keep opening and the movie would never load. I reset to factory default settings as recommended and that still didn't work -- it's going back!

Horrible when streaming Netflix. Constantly freezes , basically useless for working with Netflix until they update the firmware.
