If your rate plan is $25, then that's all you need in your account to start your first month of service. Your plan amount will be deducted from your account balance automatically giving you immediate access to all of your plan's included services for a full month. Be sure to add funds to your account before the end of your month to maintain uninterrupted service. If you don't, your service will be interrupted until you add enough funds to cover the cost of your plan. Don't worry, we'll send you free text message reminders before your current month ends. You can even set up monthly Auto Top-Up with your credit/debit card or checking account to automatically pay for your monthly service -- it's easy and convenient!

Topping-Up Your Account: When it's time to top-up, visit any RadioShack store or call 1-800-750-7111 (top-up denominations available in $25, $35, $50 and $60). Store locations can be found at radioshack.com/storelocator. Be sure to use your funds before your account cancellation date, or carry your funds forward by topping-up or just using your service.
