Comments about Seeed INT106D1P SD™ Card Shield:

When I stated using, I didn't have any issues until I tried to tie my 3.3v to the motherboard and realized it wasn't there. 3.3v comes up to the shield but for some reason is not making it to the header. Returning for a new one. I could fix this issue but its only 2 weeks old and I shouldn't have to repair something that should work.

Comments about Seeed INT106D1P SD™ Card Shield:

The board is well constructed and offers both micro and full sized SD cards which is great. It is important to check the compatibility of this product before purchasing. Just because it says that it is compatible with Audrino boards, does not mean it is compatible with all Audrino boards. Versions of this product below 4.0 will not function with the Audrino MEGA. I purchased this board and was disappointed to find out it would not work and is not compatible.

There are also some problems with its ability to stack. It cannot be on the botttom as it does not pass the ISP pins through. If you plan to use with the Ethernet module, there will be some additional soldering and modifications required. You may be better off soldering a few pin headers to an SD card adapter and mounting to a proto-shield.

Comments about Seeed INT106D1P SD™ Card Shield:

I am so glad that Radio Shack offers these shields and robotics supplies. This SD card shield would make a great bootloader so that users can load a new program without reprogramming the Arduino chip. At this price it would be silly to build your own shield. I wish I had known that the manufacturer has a new version that uses half as many Arduino pins but I will probably buy again. The documentation at the manufacturer's website looks like it was written by someone for whom English was a second language, but, oh, well. Pins are legibly labeled on the board.

Using on an Arduino Uno, as well as my own homebrew Atmega328. Works great using SeedStudio's SdFat library.
