Beware that the SIM card may no longer be capable with this phone.The only thing CS can do is mail you another one to be received in 3-5 business days. Never purchased a phone to have it activated and then be told the SIM card does not work. What kind of mess is that. If it wasn't a gift for my 10yr old I would have taken it back to the store.

Super coverage. I live 7 miles out of town in a rural area and still get excellent coverage. I can even listen to pandora with no interruptions with my signal. Highly recommend v Verizon or other carriers... very inexpensive, plus no contracts!!

I travel alot for work so i drive everywhere I really like the Navigation I speak the location and it finds the route and then it shows your location on the screen and tells you where to go turn etc. I also love the whole phone everything is easy to use just touch the screen and i love the speaker phone i can hear everything people are saying to me it is all out great phone.

This is my first smart phone. Was apprehensive about using one...but it was very easy to learn. Have fun with it...you'll like it! Also, had to call Net10 about a couple of glitches and they were very accessible by phone. Very happy with the tech service as well.

I was (and am still legally) with a major carrier that had no reception whatever in the Hill Country of Texas. I could not receive or send calls from my rented apartment while setting up a business expansion location for my company. First I discovered a prepaid plan and an inexpensive cell phone/plan for personal use, then just bought the ZTE cell phone I use now once I returned home after 1 year - very happy with the new cell phone.
