I went through 2 of these in a month with the same problem. All calls sound like you're talking to T-pain or Stephen Hawking...very robotic sounding. I mostly used it for texting and web browsing which worked ok, but lagging speeds got to be annoying after awhile! The battery was ok for a smart phone...expect to charge it every day. I had 2 text messages that took a very long time to send or receive...one took 8 hours to send and another one didn't get received for 13 hours! Not all apps I tried to run worked. The single core processor doesn't run larger apps like Temple Run. The music player worked well, but don't get too excited about the Beats audio it doesn't make a big difference. I wanted to love this Virgin mobile phone, but really bad phone audio kept me from loving this Virgin's offering!

I love this phone, I've been having it for three months. I have the $45 plan (1200 minutes, unlimited web & messages). The phone is slow at times, like when you suddenly change from web to messages and vice versa otherwise than this flaw it's a really nice phone. I usually use the wi-fi at school (U of H)and at home.

Great every day user. Texting is awkward between the aautofill or pad....any mistakes here is a good exaample, No, Im not intoxicated and know how to spell, so this is an area that greatly needs attention. Otherwise four pages of applications is very generous. Surfing is easy and screen is nice and big. Music streaming is awesome and sound with easy adapter for my bose headphones is amazing, just bring a charger to suppliment the battery life. Im very happy with this phone overall.

I have had this phone for three months now and has been worth every cent I paid for it. I am hoping that the battery lasts since it is normally not removable. Beats audio is awesome played through your home stereo or computer speakers with a sub. Have had no problems streaming Pandora even with a weak signal. Speaker in the phone is a little weak. I would not recommend it for someone that needs a loud ringer. Shaped a little different than most but most people think that it's neat. Has WiFi. This phone rates five stars for having the most bang for the buck.

If you actually want to get some use out of your phone and not just to listen to music or use wifi then this is a bad choice. Within a month the first stopped charging past 72% no matter what I did. Then it began to stop sending and receiving pic msgs. Got a warranty replacement and within a week, it was doing the same thing! They keypad that comes up on this phone is nice but even with small fingers and carefulness I still end up pushing the wrong button inadvertently. This phone is great for if you want to listen to music at a better quality and the wifi connection is great but there's not much else good I can say about it. Buyer be warned.
