Have two of these phones in household and love em. Another phone has been without service for 3 weeks, and I can't get a straight answer from anyone in India (virginmobile support). Been told numerous stories and outright lies. Think about the phone company before you purchase your phone.

This is the real deal, not a copy made of plastic. It is so easy to use and the quality of the phone is so good. If you want to sell it in a couple of years you can do it easily for a lot of money, making the net cost of iphones lower than most others while being better quality. I love mine and can't imagine living without it!

Battery is only good if you close your apps and to do that you have double tap the home button then hold the home button and then the little minus signs should come up and press those it will only close the app

Brand new got it home and pluged it in to charge, hadnt even downloaded any apps and 6 hours later without using it the battery was so dead it wouldnt turn on till pluged in for 10 min. Didnt even have a phone number yet ,returned it and got a ZTE Warp

This phone has a KNOWN issue. I purchased this phone, took it home, and then fought with Virgin Mobile for two and a half hours over it. I couldn't get my account to swap phones. Finally I called Virgin Mobile Customer Service and spoke to THREE different people. The first time I was hung up on, and the second and third times I was told that there was a KNOWN issue with the phone and that I would have to wait 24 hours and try again. I took the phone back to RadioShack where the representative tried to add a different iPhone to my account. When that didn't work he called the Customer Service line and got the same runaround I did. I returned the phone and purchased the Samsung Galaxy S II. The Galaxy is a much better phone. I was able to swap it with no problem.

I've been a virgin mobile user since June. I just bought the iphone 4 a few weeks ago and I'm in love with it. Signal with voice and texting messaging is great! Even 3G works really well! It is slow at times but sometimes my speeds go extremely fast. Even if you have one bar, its performance is still amazing! I had the Optimus Elite for about 3 months but i heard so many great things about the iphone and i decided to get it. Imessage is awesome and if you don't have service in the area but have wifi, you can still message iphone users through imessage. Which is pretty cool! Don't get scared about the price because it is worth the money! :) No contract is better!
