Best Uses Comments about mophie juice pack air® Battery Case - iPhone 4/4S (Black): Like another poster mentioned, if you touch the phone while charging, no matter how slightly, it will become disconnected, and stop charging. The plug in does not fit flush to the unit. I'm thinking about shaving a little of the plastic to make it a better fit.

One night I left it charging but I guess the usb became loose and it actually drained the phone. You have to jam the usb in and then be super careful not to touch it or it loses contact.

You have a switch where you can decide how you would like to use the extra battery. I read online it is better to get the iPhone down to 20% then flick the switch. Doesnt add much bulk either. Love it!
