We had automatic payments set up. Before the month was up, it would indicate that it needed a payment. We clicked the payment, thinking it wasn't completely automatic. We ended up making two payments because the automatic payment was charged even though we already had credit. This happened a couple of times.

Finally, our computer would not connect to the internet. We are returning it.

This was a big mess all around.

Due to the fact that I'm military and always on the move I need a simi-fast portable device for internet access. Not a big fan of mobile contracts due to the fact that i would need to go threw paper work if i get deployed to hold of cancel my contract. Its a cheap price and even if it has a 2.5 gb cut off speed it still works great afterwards. Its cheap and fast and over all it works.

I bought this for my family internet to replace our dialup. We had a hugh problem with being kicked off the internet. The 5 tech "specilist" were useless!! I was told that my house was greater than 1 mile from a tower, therefore this would not work and that my 2 week trial was up so we were stuck with it for 2 yeras. Thank God, I found the problem. A conflict with a 3rd part cell phone booster we use at home. It now works fairly well. Not too fast but better than dialup.

A little difficult to setup but had tech support in the Phillipines manually activate me. After doing so it still didn't work. After many frustrating hours it came on a couple of times, very briefly.
My own extensive troubleshooting revealed that I could switch it to 3G only and then in worked every time (painfully slow). Whenever I switched to 4G mode I would have great reception to the hotspot (80%) but my browser would take me to the virgin mobile payment home screen. It took some time to figure out the problem and the tech support in the Phillpines have told me that they have escalated this matter to the higher level of support and that I will receive a call in 24-72 hours. Heard that at least 3 times and never recieved a call.
I'm returning it tomorrow.

Had trouble because the initial Administrative Password is simply "password." Then User can personalize. Once activation is done with a little help from customer service, although most won't need it. But I set the unit for 4G preferred and I'm happy ! No lag no buffering music or videos. Happy camper !
