First phone was not working correctly and would not shut off and kept re-staring over and over again. Returned for replacement and 2nd one works like a charm. Lightweigh, easy to use, screen a bit small but knew that going in but just the right size for me. A 5 inch screen is nice but I would not carry such a big thing around in my pocket so this is nice and portable enough that I take it with me.
Virgin mobile is great, good service, been with them for years and have several accounts. best bang for buck.

I love this phone.at first it was hard for me to use, because I went from a basic to a touch screen.it did freeze for a second,but not very long.it only happen to to me one time.the battery does go down fast.I did experience error code 67, no connection.the problem was the phone had to be reactivate,which fixed the probably.I was told at first like one of the reviews, I had to return the phone and get a new one. I kept on until someone help me,fix the problem.all tech supports will tell you anything and not knowledgeble to help you.I'm glad I had this problem resolved.I have no problem with my phone now.I love it.

I want a new phone so I move from my old provider to Virgin mobile I just activate yesterday everything work ok but I cant go online show a error code 67 every time is annoying and I call customer support and wait for 30 min. and cant help me they tell me I have to return the phone for a refund of the money now im going to loose my old phone number that I have for over 5 year only for try to save some money .

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE PRIMARLY FOR THE INTERNET USE AND APPS. I PURCHASED AT ANOTHER RETAILER AND THE PHONE HAD A DEFECT OF NOT CONNECTING TO INTERNET AND ALLOWING ME TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING.WITHIN 24HOURS I DID AN EXCHANGE AND HAD THE SAME PROPLEM. I WILL BE BUYING FROM THIS STORE INSTEAD AND THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL.I WISH I CAME HERE FIRST. OVERALL I THINK IT IS A GREAT PHONE AND YES IT IS WORTH A THIRD TRY :) I REALLY HOPE IT WORKS THIS TIME IM LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS PHONE :)

This phone is awesome ! Especially with it's voice control options. It has alot of cool features and is great for the first time droid user and for people who are used to smartphones. The battery does need charged everyday , but I heard that you can download apps that save battery life. I just got this so I am still finding out cool stuff it can do :). Worth the money !

This phone was defective right out of the box. Whenever phone calls were made, the phone would shut down. Definitely get the insurance plan because my husband also got a defective phone right out of the box (it wouldn't call at all).

The second phone was much better, but I've had it 3/4 of a year now, and it freezes, doesn't send texts until you shut off and then on the phone.
But the 3G is unbelievably slow. it is IMPOSSIBLE to watch a YouTube video on 3G.

It would've been a great phone had it lasted. Changing my phone today.

The Optimus Elite is a great step up from the best selling Optimus V. It sports a massive amount of internal memory to store tons of apps, a near 1GHZ processor, lightweight design and very responsive touch screen. If you live in an area that Sprint services well, you will be treated to outstanding signal strength and call quality. As noted one drawback is battery life can be a tad short, but that is standard with many smartphones, and an app killer will help. I am very pleased with this phone.

I bought this phone a little about a month ago (9-5-2012) and I love it. I use it for business and person. It's great for receiving emails and sending them, and it's great for social life. It holds alot of apps, photos, and music if you switch them over to the SD Card.
