The are many cheap ear buds, this is not one of them. I think because of the cheap price the manufacturing is inconsistent. Many people like them, many think they are junk. I got a junk pair. You take your chances. Of course you will only be out less than $20 if you don't like them.

As I transcriptionist, I rely on what I hear accurately daily for work. The sound quality on these are excellent. The noise cancelling is also the best I have found. I have used many different brands in the past and will only use Skull Candy buds for work.

Really disappointed in these ear buds. I would have gone with any other brand just because I am not into the fad of skulls being cool. These are terrible sound. Absolutely no bass and sound tinny. Like I'm listening through a tin can. I paid almost twenty bucks and really only wanted to pay about $9 as there are many brands out there at other stores for this price. Store selection was limited to SC and Sony. SC being the cheapest. I would not recommend these ear buds to anyone, especially for the price.[*] sold at retail for [$]. Not worth the cash, Probably get a better pair on [@] for less than 4 bucks. Next time I'll just go there and get a cheap pair and just wait the two week shipping.
