Comments about RadioShack® 1.5W Solar Panel 6V:

Under a standard 100w lightbulb thrtough a glass shade I measured 6.8v from this solar cell. Seems pretty good so far for the size of it. I bought 2 and plan to make a solar backpack to use this summer to keep the poor battery on my Iphone 4s topped off when im away from a wall plug. I will be searching for a decently priced high capacity 3.7v lipo cell and a circuit to boost it to 5v as well as another circuit to take power from the solar cells and charge the lipo. So far im in [$] on the two solar panels. It shouldnt end up costing to much money. Much cheaper than buying a solar backpack pre made. The quality may not be as nice but it will work just as good if not better.
