Comments about AUVIO® Wireless FM Transmitter:

It was awful. I bought this one after buying another auvio product. They both cracked and popped for any song on all three of my vehicles. I found myself constantly changing the channel trying to find one that actually played the song to no avail.

Comments about AUVIO® Wireless FM Transmitter:

First thing: Don't use the supplied DC power plug. Use batteries and it'll work a lot better. With the DC power plug this was junk right away. Absolutely terrible.
Second thing: You will only be happy with this product for as long as the 3.5 mm connector holds up, which isn't long. About a week in, mine started breaking connection and I'd lose my right channel of sound. Tried to replace it, but the wires are so thin, that I couldn't get it to connect to a Radio Shack 3.5 mm connector very well. I shouldn't have to mod my electronics within a week's use anyway.

Auvio is supposed to be our high end Radio Shack branded product? Seriously? I work for Radio Shack and I won't be selling this to any other customers.

I didn't like this product! I'm returning it tomorrow. The sound quality sucked big time and there was too many wires to handle!

Comments about AUVIO® Wireless FM Transmitter:

This is horrible, do not buy it. It only has 3 different frequencies, and even on an open one you still hear static and noise coming through, the sound quality is horrible. Only way to listen to the music in more-or-less alright sound is to play it at a very low volume, but I'm driving a loud truck.

Comments about AUVIO® Wireless FM Transmitter:

I bought this for my scanner. The first thing I noticed was when I hooked up my scanner's DC adapter, I could hear a constant hum that got louder the faster I drove. So I put batteries in the scanner but it was still very fuzzy on every single station. There's only 12 frequencies and you have to change then with 2 little unlit switches making it extremely difficult to control and impractical for night driving. I took it back for a refund the next day.
