Customer ReviewsReviewed by 2 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-2 Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Make MakerShield Prototyping Kit: Overall this proto board has made my arduino hacking very convenient (compared to lugging around the Arduino AND a standard breadboard). Unfortunately, the potentiometer that came with my kit was not the same as pictured. It is shorter and the base is larger than the original design spec. the shorter height makes it a little difficult to turn the knob without a screwdriver (due to nearby components), and the larger base covers up the silkscreen for the power jumper (so you can't tell whether it's set for 3.3v or 5v!). I remedied both issues by swapping it out for a 100k horizontal pot I had lying around.

Comments about Make MakerShield Prototyping Kit: The Arduino comes with only the board. You need a cable and other parts to start developing with the board. This kit is probably one of the most basic and inexpensive. Needs a parts list in the description.
