I have tried a number of indoor antennas, but this one by far gives you the best reception with minimal hassle. I do have to rotate or move it on occasion, but it's a small trade off for free OTA TV.

I get all the HD channels available in my area! Easy set up and does not need adjusting or re- positioning. I hooked it up, turned on the tv and get everything available. CW, FOX, ABC, NBC and CBS in great HD qaulity plus a bunch of other channels ( Denver CO Metro area)

Very happy tried makeing my own from many tips and tricks from websites, this item is very simple to use and works great.I live just outside the city and even though i am next to a big building it works.I first tried it on a shelve laying down, it got most the channels around here, i moved it to the upright position 2 ft away and i am getting all available channels in my area with a perfect picture.

Can't have outdoor antennas in my building and I didn't want to pay for cable. I read the reviews, and bought this antenna. It's very easy to use, it picked up 37 channels, the picture is excellent and the signal is strong. Glad I bought it.

THE SET UP WAS SO EASY INSTRUCTIONS NOT NEEDED. I WAS RUNNING NEW FLAT SCREEN WITH THIRTY YEAR OLD ROOF TOP ANTENNA. INSTEAD OF PURCHASING A NEW ROOF TOP, I PURCHASED THIS INDOOR AND I AM GLAD THAT I MADE THIS DECISION.

So After getting my multimedia stack setup with a TiVo and a Slingbox for the Superbowl, I ran into a little problem. I couldn't pick up the local Fox station which is hosting the Superbowl. The problem goes deeper. I live in an apartment and so the windows are only on one side of the building. I was using an Antennas Direct HD antenna but the problem is that it's directional. So if you live close to the city this is not a good choice if the TV stations are all around you in every direction. You can only point at a few stations at a time or if there are some trees or a large object to point at you might be able to use scattering to pick up *most* of the channels. If you live far from the city you might want to get a directional antenna not this one so that way your main lobe of your antenna pattern is pointed towards the city where the TV stations are basically clustered in one RF path shot. Radio shack sells plenty of directionals if you live in a rural area. So what I needed was a good omnidirectional antenna. A tip for this antenna you really really want to put this in a window and not on a wall for best reception. There is one catch if you want to do this though. Both the antenna cable and amp cable are really short, not only that the cables it comes with are hard soldered onto the mainboard of the device which means if you want to remote this antenna your gonna need a female-female coaxial "bullet". Luckily I had one laying around but Radioshack sells these too. I used a 25 foot RG-6/QS coaxial cable and the bullet to hook the supplied amplifier to my TiVO and it works great! I worry about durability though, the thing is incredibly light and made of seemingly thin/cheap plastic. Also as mentioned before I worry that the cable might snap off the amplifier being hard soldered to it's mainboard.

I am 10 miles from local TV towers. This antenna did not provide very good reception. I built my own antenna from leftover copper wiring and get better reception. Search for DIY fractal HDTV antenna.

A nice design that is easy to set up and can be mounted several ways. This antenna would probably work fine if you can mount near a window and you live close to the TV stations.

If you live more than ten miles or so from the station you will have no chance of getting a signal. Check antennaweb site to see what kind of antenna you need.
