Sould quality was not very good and the other end I was told had lots of noise with my voice....returned it. The hard plastic that fits behind your ear starts to hurt within 10 minutes of being on your ear. This product constantly connects and disconnects from my phone even when sitting right next to it. On the plus side, it has amazing clarity. I didn't rate it any higher because it really is uncomfortable to wear for any period of time. Comments about Motorola HX550 Bluetooth® Headset: This was the 3rd headset that I picked up recently and didn't want to return. This thing is very nice! Very lightweight and comfortable feel allows me to wear it for hours while driving or working. Crystal clear voices and those on the other end says the sound is great. Have it paired up with an HTC Inspire running Vlingo software to have my texts and emails read to me through the headset while unable to pick up phone. .
