I purchased this phone for my daughter and she loves it, she has never had a problem yet and it's been a few months since we purchased it. I admit the initial purchase price seems like a lot, but the Virgin Mobile Plans sure make up for it in the long run. The other carriers seem to Nickel and Dime its customers for everything, I guess that is part of the reason a lot of companies like AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile are losing customers to the No Contract plans, No games, no hidden costs it's just good business.

Everything works great, some phones might have a little bit of problems but that is in every phone. I have not noticed any everlasting problems.

I am on my 3rd iphone with the same problems. I cannot answer the phone! Several times each week when my phone rings I am unable to slide the indicator on the screen to answer the phone, nor can I push the slider to unlock the phone. The official Apple answer is to just call the person back! Not possible if the person is calling from a location with a switchboard such as a hospital or your child's school. How would you like to miss one of those important calls? The service at RadioShack has been outstanding, it is the product that is unsatisfactory. The agent at the Apple store told me this is an issue that I will always have and it is common across every model they have including the 4s. I am disappointed that a premium priced phone is less reliable than one of those $20.00 throw away phones.
