I can usually find places with NO trouble whereas I have had problems finding any where without a specific address with competitive Brands, especially HERTZ ALWAYS LOST

I was depending on this product for my last trip and I couldn't get American units. It sent me the wrong way and then told me to make u-turns... honestly! Voice comes on too late to determine exactly where to make turns. Should say the name of street to turn onto. Ad infinitum. Am looking into a smart phone with a GPS.

The only problems I encountered was that it took
me a little doing to figure it all out.
Download of initial 4 updates from Site to GPS is extensive and takes a little time average computer.The online Tom Tom site makes this a little confusing. However Basic setup was quick and
easy. Directions were accurate and quick. Blue
tooth phone use is very handy. Voice recognition
Good for handsfree use/Driving.
I purpoosely created Mistakes on route and GPS
got me back on track. Overall this is a very good
GPS...well worth the money.

-Looks really good.
-Works only sometimes.
-If you go through 10 screens to go back home you have to push 10 different buttons.
-I have tried different GPS models and brands, this is by far the worst.
