Comments about SanDisk® 4GB Sansa® Clip Zip™ MP3 Player (Gray):

I bought the previous CLIP, but dropped it on concrete. The clip broke and the on/off button jammed in the off position. The second one (CLIP ZIP) lasted 9 months then froze permanently. It would play music but wouldn't be recognized by Windows. Windows stated it was a USB device error. Radio Shack replaced it within 24 hours under the extended warranty. Battery life meets the spec, Clip is handy for jogging or working out (just don't drop it). The latest clip design appears to be less brittle plastic, and the on/off button is larger. This player works well with audio books, podcasts and music. The menus and settings are easy to understand. The FM radio does not work too well inside. Volume and sound quality are fine.

    I have used quite a few mp3 players. This is by far the best little player I've ever seen. I honestly can't say anything bad about it. It's absolutely wonderful.
