Best Uses Comments about AUVIO® Foldable Headphones: These seemed like serviceable, average-quality headphones at a low price. After approximately two months of very light-duty usage (kid watching movies on the computer ca. three times a week), however, they gave out. Maybe ours was just a bad unit, but I don't plan to buy this brand ever again. Pros

Comments about AUVIO® Foldable Headphones: This is my 3rd time buying Auvio headsets. The sound is great but the workmanship needs to step up their quality. I spend more time returning the headsets then enjoying them. And I don't use them everyday. But the sound is so good I keep going back. Please upgrade to better quality on the workmanship.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about AUVIO® Foldable Headphones: For the money these have a very good sound. I am picky when it comes to headphones. The cups fit your ear well and are very comfy. The sound reproduction is very good. Bass is a little lacking but still decent. Mid's are very strong and clear. Highs are very crisp and attractive. These were bought to replace an old set of Sony's I had. For the money you can't go wrong. These sound like headphones you would pay 3-4 times more for.

Comments about AUVIO® Foldable Headphones: Great Product. Shrill highs, Pretty nice bass, and excellent mids. They are great for Ipod or studio monitor use. I just wish they got just a little louder, but maybe that is just me because I like them blaring. Overall, a very decent set of cans for the price!

Comments about AUVIO® Foldable Headphones: Honestly besides the noise reduction on the Beats by dre these headphones are absolutely just as good if not better than the beats by dre.

Comments about AUVIO® Foldable Headphones: found them new in the radioshack dumpster along with a ton of other nib items, I wouldn't pay more than $10 not [$] but they were free and are good backups for my sony mdr-7505's.

Best Uses Comments about AUVIO® Foldable Headphones: Worst headphones or earbuds of any sort I've ever tried. The audio response, despite what appear to be nominal specs is anemic. There's acceptable bass, but virtually no treble high-frequency. The driver size (in mm) isn't advertised on the box or here in the online specs sheet; that must be because the drivers are unusukally small, rather than the usual over-the-ear driver size of 40mm-50mm.Ear pads are only marginally comfortable. On the plus side, I bought them for half-price on sale for [$]. At the usual price of [$] they're overpriced, and I would not recommend them to anyone at that price. And I was only able to buy them for [$] because I noticed them on sale on the Radio Shack website. When I went into my local Radio Shack store, there was no price tag on these headphones. But that's a commom problem at my local store - items on the wrong hangers, prices missing, etc. I had to tell the clerk that they were on sale for half-price, and he confirmed that before I checked out. However, I was pressured to buy an extended warranty, being warned that this does not come with its own warranty and that since it's likely to break, I should protect myself; in effect implying that this is a piece of junk that will not last. That's exactly what transpired at my local Radio Shack store. Now I don't trust the people at my local store. At half-price I would only recommend them to someone looking for inexpensive headphones which do not need particularly good sound.Incidentally, I also have a pair of Auvio earbuds, and they also have inferior sound. Based upon my experience with these 2 products, I would not recommend any Auvio products at all.
