I replaced the Ubee modem/router that TWC gave me w/my internet service with this modem. Activation w/ TWC was a breeze - took the tech 5 minutes over the phone and viola - I was online. Super simple set up and great download speeds. I could not be more pleased with my new modem - Motorola scores again!

Very easy install. After plug in I called Comcast gave them the mac id # and I was up and running.
I'm using this with a N600 Neatgear Router with it.
Download speed 25Mbps
Upload speed 4.26Mbps

It is faster then my D-link modem which was also an excellent product.

Does not drop the link, which is the most important feature that I like.

No issues so far.

Got this to replace a DOCSIS 2.0 modem. Now I've got 4 bonded downstream channels and a 33% speed increase.

This modem will guarantee fix your latency issues regarding ping or speeds with your current provider. DOCSIS 3.0 modems do make a huge difference, and I will never go back to those rent-a-cable modems ever again. Granted, the modem is a bit overkill for the advertised speeds from my provider, but honestly after 5 months of using it I never had issues. I stream games which take up massive amounts of bandwith, and I am able to stream my game, stream music on pandora, and have my family on their laptops doing their own thing without a hiccup. I pay good money for my cable provider, and this is probably the best 100 dollar investment I have made. Before you switch to a different provider, please try this modem first. I replaced a flakey WOW-provided Webstar DPC2100 with this one. It worked right out of the box! Setup was SUPER SIMPLE! You have to call [@] and give Wide Open West the MAC address. As soon as the customer service rep entered the MAC address, the cable modem rebooted and took off running. When you use your own cable modem, you cut your cable bill by $5 per month (the cable modem rental fee).

This cost [$] and doesn't have two or more ethernet connections (one only) so it sucks for router hookups. Not worth the money. Then Motorola only works Mon-Fri and has no info on product online.
