I gave up on another manufacturer and after reading all the reviews I could find on the M1100, I decided to give it a try. Everyone that I have talked to since has thanked me for getting rid of that other headset. Clear sound, easy to use and very comfortable. This is one of the lightest I have ever worn. It picks up my voice really well making conversations and voice recognition functions so much more reliable.
The 2 gripes I have.
1. The volume control was a little tough to get correct and I have to check it occassionally to make sure that I have not accidently turned it all the way down.
2. The placement of the rear button can be difficult to press. The location tends to cause the headset to shift in my ear. I then have to reseat it so that I feel comfortable that it is not falling out.

I have this headset as well as the M50. This one is more comfortable than the M50 and the volume, while listening to music, will go lower (which, is important to me -- because I don't want others to hear my music / know I'm listening to music; Can still interact with other people, in person, while continuing to listen to music at low level). The primary person for me having the bluetooth is the ability to listen to music for 8+ hours; Bought M50 as a secondary headset (while recharging M1100). M50 is too loud to use though (around others) for listening to music. Both work very well for conversation, music and general use. M100 is more comfortable to wear though. M50 ear loop is much more rigid/stiff. M1100 more flexible/comfortable.

As far as this goes the bluetooth seem to be a little glitchy. When i pair it up with my iphone 4 it works good but when i put the phone in my pocket the audio for music or me talking on the ear peice becomes clitchy and goes in and out. turn my head left or right it goes in and out on the audio. could just be the iphone antenna but not sure since i only own iphones. other than that the ear piece is pretty good for its price.

I love the potienitl of this headset. You can listen to your music and answer calls just by saying answer. However it cuts in and out while listening to your music, people calling complain of static even though it's clear on my end, and when I get a message or other notification the phone locks. This is my 3rd headset because I want one to listen to my music in stores, or while walking the dog and this is where it messes up the most. I've read other reviews on other headsets and this seems to be the complaint with all of them, so I guess I have to live with it or just not use one and not get the most out of my phone. For the price and other reviews I would recommend it, but I wish I could find one that works great. Also the volume is hard to opperate, up you can do with ease but down you fake call people and i hate that!

So comfortable I forget I'm wear3ing it. Most people can't tell I'm using a headset. And answering by just saying "answer" when your phone rings is very cool!
