What a waste of money, the most annnnnnoying thing is the famous key pad, wich works touching it, sometimes works, and sometimes don't, especially in tthe mornings and sometimes when your on in a dialing. This happens to me several times: you are dialing and when you have 2 numbers left, the key do not respond anymore to the touch of your finger, so you need to open the phone and finish with the real keys, but incredibly this keypad is so sensitive when you have it in your ear and the keys star to activate when your cheek activate the keys, producing a dialing noise in the other person's phone. It is terrible. Please do not buy this phone, you will be very regretted about it.

This is a long review.

I purchased this phone on Feb 22, 2012. When I took it out of the box, it felt sturdy and nice in my hands.

Please disregard all the 1, 2, 3 stars that you see on the review board. Those reviewers did not read the Users Guide or just simply like to be smart alecks and condemn things on line.

For example, the student poster from Minneapolis, MN stated: "The front keys are sensitive and without a headset, you probably hang up or press the buttons by accident holding it against your ears."

I hold this phone against my ear all the time and if he/she read the Users Guide, would have known that the outer keypad automatically locks when it is held close the ear. The Keyguard automatically turns on. You can find out what the Keyguard is by reading the Users Guide.

This phone is perfect for making calls, texting, picture taking. Want something fancy? Upgrade.

This phone is intuitive. If you have used a cell phone or different ones in the past your own brain can tell you how to use this phone.

Have had it for a few and am loving it. all the features are great. Voice activation loving it. I read the reviews and decided to go with my instinct anyway and am pleased I did. I'm happy I got it and happier I didn't let the bad reviews deter me from purchasing it. I've only had it for a short while but not complaining. Hasn't frozen on me, and haven't had any of the issues listed on the reviews. does what I need it to do, easy to use and customize to your liking. I cant decide for you and this is just one review out of many but I would definitely recommend this phone to others who are looking for a new phone but don't want to give up their first born to do it.

This is the worst phone I ever had had to replace twice. internet trouble, but the worst problem was have this big bubble in the middle of the screen.replace it twice for the same reason

Bought this at a day after Thanksgiving Sale, thank goodness because I dont like it AT ALL. I really liked the normal phone number pad, and the qwerty board and the ease to connecting to facebook, but other than that...the plastic around the wires that go the the part to plugin on the charger came apart at the seems 2 weeks after getting it. The dial around the up,down, side to side the metal came off, and it drops my calls like crazy. I cannot depend on the phone at all, my friends are all complaining I need a new phone, LOL, IT IS NEW!!!! So the phone sucks. NOW!!! Saved the best for last. I bought a protection plan for 8.99, so I called Radioshack to inquire about my terms, the store clerk, was very polite, calm,professional, and helpful. He gave me the 800 number to call, I called, I got through within 1 minute, the man on the other line, veryyy helpful, very polite, very professional but not insincere, will have a gift card within 24 hours to use towards a different phone. It was so easy, I am so pleased with this service.

The keypad is great for those who have a hard time with the touch screen. But even this phones touch screen is sometimes irritating to use. If it were even cheaper its a good starter phone for calling, texting and viewing your facebook.

I didn't want to pay extra for a smart phone. If you check your email, face book, text and make calls, it's a good phone. No problems with signal or dropping.
