I've had this since March, and it's only got a few scratches. It's pretty durable, considering I drop it every other day. I use this mostly for texting and calling away from home, because I use my iPod to do it otherwise. It charges fully in about an hour, and the battery lasts 4 days straight with limited use. The GPS is crazy accurate. The keypad is very nice and I haven't had any problems with it. The only problems I have with it is that the touch screen is usually unresponsive, and the speaker without speakerphone is impossible to hear, so you either can't hear your call at all or everyone else hears it when you turn on speakerphone. All in all, for $60, this is a really great phone.

They still make phones like this? This phone should be $20. Unless you are desperate, do not buy this phone, or you might find yourself returning it soon. I'm sure the return-rate is high.

I really like the cute sayings on this, like when you go to take a picture it will say, "say cheese" and when I get a text it will say " text from and the persons name. Best is the manual keybord. I just cant text on a screen keybord and I hate the smart phones change my text words, I see after I send a text smart phones change words and make the text not make sense. Battery is great. But you give up a nice camera amd the web for this phone

I read reviews on the Sprint website. I traded in my old phone, read the op manual, got the basics down and thought all was well. Then, tried to answer a call in sunlight. Not only does front panel back lighting wash out, if you don't know where the 'talk' key is you are doomed. There is not a referencing bump on the '5'.
The phone is rugged but I did get Sprint to replace my first phone after 2 weeks; I now pay for the extra insurance for replacement.
Speakerphone works great as does messaging.
Menu system does not allow for putting calculator at top selection level. Mapping and GPS are so accurate it is scary.
Alarm volume seems to work for me.

Flimsy material. Front panel hard to use. Unreliable front panel. Stay away from this phone.

I got this phone when it first came out because it replaced the mirror phone which I loved but this phone is the worst mistake I ever made it always freezes for long periods of times it was good for texting but I'm buying a new phone ASAP

i had this phone for 3 months and when i had it t\it sucked poor singal the touch screen keep on freezig up i would not recommend this to a friend
