      Comments about Enercell® PX28A 6V/105mAh Alkaline Battery:

About 8 days ago I bought a pack of Enercell batteries from Radio Shack. But I had selected the wrong size so I went back to see if I could exchange without my receipt and they said no, which seemed petty since it is a proprietary brand that they carry, not some mass market battery like Duracell. So I went home kind of mifted. I found the receipt and went back the next day. This time they told me that they had a policy not to take back batteries at all. Some sob story about length of time, blah blah. Now these batteries were still in the packaging and I had a receipt proving the "length of time" but he just shrugged. I was furious. And I'm a nice, polite lady. But that is a stupid policy. The batteries I wanted to return where six dollars. The battery I needed was eight dollars. With their policy, I would pay 14 dollars for a single battery that, by the way, has a short life span because it is mercury free. I am not shopping at Radio Shack ever.
