Comments about Samsung® Factor™ No-Contract Phone for Boost Mobile™: very easy phone to use, baterry doesn't last too long, signal is average, I do get a few dropped signal but not sure if its the phone or the network provider, the keys are big and easy to dial, the interior design is nice, exterior too but the interior is more elegant. Im happy with this phone, I would rate it a 8/10

Comments about Samsung® Factor™ No-Contract Phone for Boost Mobile™: I have used Boost for years now...I have used several different phones of theirs....this is by far the worst one. I thought I would try a flip phone this time, but it is so cheap, it feels like it will fall apart any minute. I cannot stand texting on it; not user friendly!! If you just wanted an extremely basic phone for making calls, this is the phone for you.

Comments about Samsung® Factor™ No-Contract Phone for Boost Mobile™: I guess you can say you get what you pay for. It never works, I get calls and never receive them, then I have a voice mail. I have to take the battery out of the phone at least once a day to text someone because it won't send. Websites are horrible on the phone. Also, it freezes at least twice a day.

Comments about Samsung® Factor™ No-Contract Phone for Boost Mobile™: Good phone for making & receiving calls & texting. Have had this phone for 4 months and haven't had a single problem. The no contract plan w/ diminishing premiums is great. I'm a SAMSUNG and BOOSTMOBILE customer that is very pleased with both!

Comments about Samsung® Factor™ No-Contract Phone for Boost Mobile™: I bought this phone because I am tired of contracts, and was short on cash for starting up a new plan. I loved the Boost Mobile Unlimited Everything at Anytime Plan, with Periodic Price Reductions. Saving $$$ is Good!! I'm sure some of the more expensive phones available would work just fine, but I've been unimpressed with the Samsung Factor, so far.On a positive note, I used it to travel from Texas to North Carolina, and had GREAT service the whole time. The battery lasted for hours, and I didn't lose calls...even when crossing from state to state. The biggest negative is that after only one week, the phone displays suddenly started going ballistic. I came out one morning to disconnect the charger, and the outer screen was reading completely backwards...like a mirror image. The inner screen was simply a bright white with no imaging at all.[...] I can't say that I would recommend the Samsung Factor. Cell phones should last more than a week.
