I wanted something simple not with a lot of apps that suck up your memory, freezes the phone I got actually what i needed it for.

The ring tones suck--it not really lot when it rings but it does the job. It is expensive, durable because I have drop this phone more then 20 times and it still works.

I wish it had the feature of ringing with vibrate if you miss a call but it does not. Other then that i don't have a problem.

The phone works where ever I go, PA, TX, Fl, PR, BX, Westchester, Mahnattan, NJ and more

It was only good in certain areas. There was not good coverage (for example, I was able to get decent service in a city, but not in the mountains when I needed it most). Somtimes my battery would completely drain when I charged my phone up that morning and did not use it much that day.

I have been a Virgin Mobile customer since 2007. I have always loved the strong signal, plans and phones.I have never had any problems with any of the phones that I have owned by VM, until now. This phone is cheap as in flimsy, super sloooow.To view a text message I have to at least press the key 4 times!Although it says "view" it doesn't open it until I press OK!??? VM dropped the ball with this one! Don't buy it! Buy any other of the inexpensive ones but not this one!!!

I purchased this phone, on sale, at a local Radio Shack. I thought that I was getting an average quality flip-phone to get started with Virgin Mobile. Well, this is one of the worst quality phones I have ever seen. It is made of a cheap, lightweight plastic that one could crush, just by squeezing it. The quality of graphics, and font are worse than an old flip-phone that I had years ago. The reception is poor, and the phone does not want to power up when it is flipped open and it's brand new! Even if you are just looking for a cheap, temporary phone, like I was, I recommend that you avoid this phone.

Overall, this is a great phone! If you are a smartphone user, this is a step down, but if you want a cell phone with great features, this is the one.

This phone is very good but i will explain a little on why, Kyocera Sanyo makes good quality phones,This model phone is some what like having the LG 101 and the Kyocera Jax but it has a lot of features. Call quality is excellent and pictures come out very good. I went from the LG 101 because i needed to receive and send pictures to my email. This works out perfect.It has all the features of the LG 101 like email and opera mini and it has a lot more like google maps and navigator.If you dont need the Camera or you dont need to send and receive pictures than i would say that the LG 101 is better.

Basic phone, I use to contact my plugged in teen. Short text messages, easy to thumb a text message. Clear sound on this 3g phone. Happy with product, just wish it came with an instruction booklet.

It's a solid phone for a very reasonable price. Upgrade to the $30 Plan and you'll have more anytime minutes than you will use.
