HDMI® 1.4 High-Speed (with Ethernet) Cable: Just apent a small fortune to up grade my AV system to HD , thought i could get away with cheaper cables , these went bad in eight days , called Radio Shack , they would not take them back . i did not have the origional package they came in , live in a Condo , cannot store all that stuff , threw them in the trash , and picked up top of the line cables elseware . no more Radio Shack stuff for me

We though something was wrong with our laptop computer but eventually tracked it down to be a bad HDMI cable with the HDMI connection working occasionally. Taking a closer look at the cable I can see that one of the pins is not making contact suggesting a manufactuing defect. I purchased anothe cable at a better price from a major online retailer. To late for me to return my cable for a refund but avoid AUVIO cables. Perhaps the problem has been resolved but I see from other reviews no one seems to easily get a refund.

HDMI® 1.4 High-Speed (with Ethernet) Cable: Worst experance I have ever had with radio shack, I was told that Radio shack only will only warranty there products for only 30 days sorry for the trouble, Auvio told me to return the cable to radio shack for a new one, but onle after calling Auvio for three days and trying to get someone to answer the phone..Auvio is exclusive to radio shack, No signs in store that says good luck getting your cable fixed after 30 days just on small print on back of recept
