This unit replaced a Verizon router and is definitely an improvement in the speed department. To compliment the units speed I also purchased a NETGEAR video streamer and it plays very well with the router. Also an improvement in my wife's kindle, she is happy.

I bought this router in an effort to get higher processing speeds than what my $19.99 router was producing. And that I got. It's very fast. My condo is about 1400 sq ft and I have 6 devices consistently connected to the WiFi (2 phones, 1 tablet, 2 laptops, and my SmartTV). All of the devices work from anywhere in my home at fine speeds.

Looks great and runs great and is a good price.Runs games with no problem even to the back of a city lot sized yard.

Pure garbage, dont purchase this router. I went through two of these routers, thank God i had the radioshack warrenty.
If your power goes out or disconnect the router, it is reset and you must go through a proccess to download latest firmware (total hassel)
I warn all to not purchase this router, waste of money and time.

the lifetime warranty stoped after 3 mo. my quite working , could not get them to replace it or fix it!! will not get another one!!

My old router was six years old and although working fine, it was wireless-g and with the addition of apple tv to the household, I felt it was time for an upgrade. My plan was to buy a linksys unit as that is wha tI had previously but the very informative sales person recommended this unit. It was on sale too although price was secondary in choice. Very happy with performance and only took an hour to install, setup and change the passwords on the several wireless devices around the house

I use the router with our computer, my 3ds, and my IPod. I'm 15 and it was easy to install. I would recommend this to other that have multiple systems. The speed is fast. It is worth the price.

Comcast didn't have any wireless routers at the time of our installation. Purchased this so I could use my laptop. Not a techie but Netgear was easy to install and prompted through an excellent installation disk. No problems. Sales girl was right on! It's fast, secure and awesome! Don't hesitate to buy!
