Comments about Sony PlayStation®3 160GB System: PS3 is awesome but i notice it gets very warm so after a few weeks i decided to get the 2 year warranty with radioshack. THE SAME DAY my PS3 didnt have audio/video S-Video was broken but HDMI work (dont have HDMI)..i went back and got a new ps3...ALWAYS GET WARRANTY!

Comments about Sony PlayStation®3 160GB System: Just as a BlueRay player, the PS3 warrants purchase. It can do so many other things though. If you're only about player video games then you'll probably have an Xbox too, but the PS3 has several advantages even in the gaming realm. Free online multiplayer for example. And rechargeable controllers means you don't have to keep buying batteries. Standard DVDs look A LOT better when played on a PS3 too. And now it's capable of playing 3D movies as well. The best thing is I've had ONE PS3 for 4 years, and I've gone through 4 Xbox 360s in that time. They break constantly.

Comments about Sony PlayStation®3 160GB System: While the PS3 is a decent system, it just doesn't seem to have the bang for its buck. There are several great titles, but very few of the good games for the PS3 actually come out in english or are exclusive to this console alone. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend due to the fact that unlike its predecessor, it just doesn't have enough good games to make the purchase worth it. The PS2 still has many great titles though. Unfortunately the backwards compatibility and many other amazing features that were originally included with the PS3 have been taken out in more recent versions, such as this one. Given some time, it might end up being worth purchasing.
