It has a ton of great features. Too bad they don't work. I have had the remote for three months and it has never worked properly. I have spent countless hours on my own and on the phone with tech support trying to get it to work properly.

For two years my Samsung has defaulted to digital in.then we had to press input 3 times to go back to tv. If i missed pressing the button then the tv would default to wrong channel. what a mess. I actually hated my system and purposely did not use it. Then i read forums to solve the problem. I bought the harmony 650 for tv, bluray, and cable box. I set up harmony on my own but couldnt fix the input problem. I called Harmony tech support and they had it working within 15 minutes. I had to turn off anynet to make harmony work. My family loves it. Everyone back in living room watching tv and movies. Hopefully the remote lasts forever.

The harimony 650 remote is the best universal I have owned. Set up from Logitech website is excellent. Attach the supplied USB cable to your computer, log on to the Logitech website, enter the audio and video equipment you own and its programed (i.e. no command codes to enter to program the remote). Make sure to read the manual on how the remote works and your experience with it will be pleasant. The remote even has a progrming help feature to correct problems after you program it. And yes it really does work.

Just what I needed to perform macros. I needed a remote to operate several functions at once. The software made this easy and even identifed my rather old a/v receiver. I did have some issues making the inputs on my Sanyo TV change correctly but this was more of a TV issue. Does all I need it to do!

We were looking to consolidate all of our remotes as well as get one for our home theater system that did not come with one. I was worried about having access to all the functions of the receiver, but this remote did not disappoint. It was simple to program (all online) and it even has features that the original remotes did not have. At this price, I saw similar ones, but none with all the features. This is the best remote we have ever owned!

i use it on high end motorola dc0-501 5.1 surround
system, and low end sanyo tv/ready to upgrade to 60' mittstubishi, very easy to use just plug the usb into ur pc type in the model number of your componets, and thats it..i found nothing bad about it, it's a great remote for the price!

Bought This remote to get the volume control for my new surrond sound on 1 remote. On paper this remote has some nice features. In practice the features do not work for my application. I have an LG wireless TV and the wireless inputs are not an option in the software so none of the quick buttons will work for me! It also has trouble controling the power on my Samsung Blue Ray.

Easy to set up. Took no more than 20 minutes to full function. Online set up is very thorough. All of my devices, both old and new, were in the Logitech Database. The feature I found most useful is the onboard help function. So far, the remote is working flawlessly. I was able to retire five remotes now residing in the "junk drawer"
