Checkout

      If you are a registered customer, follow these simple checkout steps.

        If you are a new customer, or do not have an account at RadioShack.com, follow these simple checkout steps.

Registered Customers:

    1)    Sign In. First, sign in using your e-mail address and password. (Forgot your password?)

    2)    Select and Enter Payment Options. Next, verify your billing address and enter your payment method.
  • If you have a Promotion/Discount Code, enter it in the box under "Promotion/Discount Codes" and click "Apply."
  • Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue Checkout."
    3)    Complete Your Order. Review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, total charges and gift options. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order."
  • If you have a Promotion/Discount Code, enter it in the box under "Promotion/Discount Codes" and click "Apply."
  • If you would like to ship items in your order to more than one address, select the "Ship To More Than One Address" button and follow the steps below:
 
  • Verify or Add Shipping Address. To add an address, complete the form at the bottom of the page and click "Save Address." Once added, the address will be displayed in your address book. Once you have verified your addresses, click "Continue Checkout."
  • Select Item Destination. On this page, select a shipping address for each item in your order from the drop-down menu beside each item. Click "Continue Checkout" when you are finished.
  • Select Shipping Options. Select a shipping method for each item(s) and click "Continue Checkout."
    4)    Receipt. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number, date and total. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.

Please note: We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. See the Changing or Canceling Your Order page for more information.

New Customers:

    1)    Sign In. If you do not wish to create an account at this time, simply proceed by clicking "Continue Checkout." You will have the option to create an account later.

    2)    Enter Billing Address. Enter your billing address in the fields below and indicate where you would like your order sent. Click "Continue Checkout" when complete.
  • Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order.
  • If you would like to ship items in your order to more than one address, select the "Ship To More Than One Address" button and follow the steps below:
 
  • Select Item Destination. Select a shipping address for each item in your order from the drop-down menu beside each item. To add a new address, click "Add An Address" below the drop-down menu.
  • Verify or Add Shipping Address. To add an address, complete the form at the bottom of the page and click "Save Address." Once added, the address will be displayed in your address book. Once you have verified your addresses, click "Continue Checkout."
    3)    Select Shipping Options. Select a shipping method for your items and click "Continue Checkout."

If you are shipping items to multiple addresses, you have the option to select a different shipping method for each address.

    4)    Select and Enter Payment Options. Next, verify your billing address and enter your payment method.
  • If you have a Promotion/Discount Code, enter it in the box under "Promotion/Discount Codes" and click "Apply."
  • Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue Checkout."
    5)    Complete Your Order. Review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, total charges and gift options. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order."

    6)    Receipt. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number, date and total. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.

  • Save Your Account Information. On the receipt page you have the option to save your account information and become a registered user. Enter a password in the space provided, confirm it and click "Submit."

    Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping address. It also offers you the ability to track your order(s). The password assures that only you can have access to your account information.
