How do I place a Ship-to-Store order?

  1. Look for the Ship-to-Store logo on the item you wish to purchase. See "Why are some products eligible for Ship-to-Store and others are not?" for more information.
  2. Place the item(s) in your cart.
  3. At the top of the shopping cart is an area for you to enter a zip code, enter your zip code and select the "go" button. (This area only appears if one or more items in the cart are eligible for Ship-to-Store.)
  4. A list of stores eligible for Ship-to-Store will appear, select "Ship to this store" next to the store you wish to ship the products to (only one store may be chosen per order). If no stores are eligible, select another zip code or close this window and choose to ship to your home during the checkout process. See "Why are some stores eligible for Ship-to-Store and others are not?" for more information.
  5. Select the proceed to checkout button on the shopping cart.
  6. After checkout, wait to receive 2 emails from us:
    • Ship-to-Store order confirmation email: verifies we have received your order. Do not proceed to the store yet.
    • Ship-to-Store order is ready for pickup email: sent when your order is ready to be picked up at the store.

Can I expedite my shipment to the store?

Yes. FREE shipping only applies to standard shipping; however you may choose to expedite your order using any of the methods available for your product.

Can I track my shipment to the store?

Yes. Items are shipped using traditional carriers, you will be provided with tracking numbers when your package is shipped.

What if I want to order some items that are eligible for Ship-to-Store and others that are not?

Not a problem. Place all of these items into the cart at the same time. You will have the opportunity during checkout to indicate where each item is shipped.

Can I ship items eligible for Ship-to-Store to my home or another location?

Yes. We offer Ship-to-Store only as a service to our customers. You may choose to ship any of these items to your home or another location. However; the Ship-to-Store FREE shipping offer only applies to orders using the Ship-to-Store program.

When can I pick up my order at the store?

Please wait until you have received the "Ship-to-Store order is ready for pickup" email. This is your notification that your order is at the store and ready to be picked up.

If you chose our FREE delivery option, your order should arrive at the store in approximately 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

The items will be kept securely at the store for 14 days after the "Ship-to-Store order is ready for pickup" email is sent. To prevent any returns, please pick up all items within this timeframe.

After 14 days, any unclaimed items will be returned and you will receive credit for the item within 10-15 business days. See Credit within our "Returns and Warranties" section for more information.

What information do I need to pick up my order?

Bring a copy of your confirmation email; it contains all of the information needed to identify your order.

For your protection, you will be asked for the following:

  • Proper photo ID (a valid state-issued ID or drivers license)
  • Credit card used to make your purchase (if applicable)

You will also be required to sign for your item when you pick it up.

Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?

For your protection, the owner or authorized user of the credit card must be present to pick up the merchandise.

What do I do if I want to cancel or return my order?

You may cancel within one hour of placing the order by calling 1-800-THE-SHACK. If this time has already elapsed, then you will need to go to the store when your order arrives and you can return it at that time in the store.

Why are some products eligible for Ship-to-Store and others are not?

www.radioshack.com offers thousands of products online, including many which are not available in our retail stores. Both types of products can be eligible for Ship-to-Store.

Some of our larger items may not be eligible, such as home entertainment systems, large flat-panel TVs, desktop computers and printers. Many customers may not have the equipment necessary to transport larger items to their homes.

Products that are eligible will include the Ship-to-Store logo.

Why are some stores eligible for Ship-to-Store and others are not?

To ensure complete customer satisfaction we are currently testing our Ship-to-Store program in many select areas of the country. We apologize if a store in your area is not eligible yet, additional stores across the country will be added soon.
