Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Care Representative immediately at 1-800-843-7422. Please supply the Representative with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. RadioShack.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Care, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

A defective item may be repaired or replaced within 90 days of purchase under RadioShack's Warranty Policy, or within the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is longer. Contact a Customer Care Representative at 1-800-843-7422 for assistance.
