Tax Exemptions

If your school or organization is eligible for a tax exemption on your www.radioshack.com purchase, you must fax in your packing slip and or your RS.Com receipt along with a copy of your properly completed tax exemption certificate for the state to which your order will be shipped.

Orders received without a copy of a tax exemption certificate will not receive an exemption. Tax exemptions are only granted to orders which are faxed in and include a copy of the certificate, with your packing slip and or your RS.Com receipt.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are not subject to sales tax.

A tax-free holiday is based on the shipping destination of an order, and eligibility is determined by the date the order was placed in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Sales Tax will be automatically deducted in Checkout.
