  • Is the RadioShack GetBack Plan ending soon?
    Yes. RadioShack stopped enrolling members on June 17, 2009 and the program officially ends on September 30, 2009. Existing members have until October 31, 2009 to accumulate rewards after which time all balances expire.

  • How do I enroll in the RadioShack GetBack Plan?
    You can enroll at any participating corporate-owned RadioShack store by giving your name, address and phone number to the associate.

  • Does it cost anything?
    There is no cost and no purchase required to enroll in the RadioShack GetBack Plan.

  • What are the current reward categories?
    Buy $40 in Batteries*, receive a coupon for $10 in Batteries*.
    Buy $120 in No Contract Airtime, receive a coupon for $10 in No Contract Airtime.

    * Excludes mobile phone batteries, laptop batteries and chargers.

  • Once I enroll, am I eligible for rewards in all product categories?
    Yes. Once you enroll in the RadioShack GetBack Plan, you are eligible for all product categories. Purchases in those categories will be automatically tracked if you provide your name and address at the time of purchase.

  • How are my rewards tracked?
    By providing your phone number (California customers provide a name and address) to the associate when you make a purchase. You may be asked to confirm your mailing address.

  • How do I receive my rewards?
    GetBack Reward Coupons are either mailed or e-mailed based on your preference indicated at enrollment. Click here to change your preference.

  • How long does it take to get rewards?
    Please allow 4 to 8 weeks to receive the GetBack Reward Coupon. To sign-up for e-mailed rewards which will arrive more quickly, click here and select "Sign-up for e-mail delivery of rewards" from the Help option list.

  • I haven't received my reward yet, how can I check on its status?
    If you have not received the coupon after 8 weeks, please click here and select "Report missing Reward Coupon" from the list of Help options.

  • How do I change my address and/or phone number?
    You can update your information online. Just click here and select "Change phone number or address" to provide your updated information.

  • Is there a maximum reward amount?
    Yes - $100 per customer account (phone number and address) per calendar year.

  • If I buy enough products at one time to receive two or more GetBack Reward Coupons, how long will it take for me to get them?
    Only one coupon is fulfilled at a time. Simultaneously earned coupons will be received within 3 to 4 weeks of each other.

  • What is my current accumulated balance?
    RadioShack will e-mail a monthly status to you. Please click here, select "Sign-up for monthly status e-mail" from the Help options and complete the request form.

  • I purchased a program product but didn't give my phone number, how do I get credit?
    Please click here, select "Request credit for purchase" from the Help options and provide the following information from your receipt: order number, store number (shown as a 6-digit number at the top of the receipt) and the date of the transaction. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for your account to be updated.

  • May I combine accumulated balances for two customer accounts?
    No, accounts cannot be combined.

  • Do online purchases count toward earning a GetBack Reward Coupon?
    No, online purchases do not count toward a reward.

  • Can I get a replacement for a lost Reward Coupon?
    A lost Reward Coupon can be replaced if it has not been used. Click here and select "Report lost Reward Coupon" from the available Help options. Please enter your e-mail address for faster delivery.

  • Can I use a Reward Coupon for something other than a program product?
    No. Reward Coupons are only good for the program products purchased to earn the coupon. For example, if you purchased enough batteries to earn a coupon, then you must use the coupon for additional batteries (excluding mobile phone batteries, laptop batteries and chargers).

  • Do Reward Coupons expire?
    Yes. Please refer to the expiration date and Terms & Conditions printed on the Reward Coupon.
