How do I become a Web Affiliate?

Read over the RadioShack Web Affiliate Agreement and Approval Standards.
Submit your application. (Note: Application cannot be accessed until you accept the terms of the Agreement.)
Once your application has been processed, a RadioShack representative will contact you by email to discuss the affiliation process.

How do you track sales?
Radioshack.com technology allows our affiliate LinkShare partners to easily create linking codes necessary to track referral sales, click-throughs, and commissions. These statistics are available online 24 hours a day for all of our affiliate partners.

How long does it take for a sale to be recorded?
A sale will not be reflected in your account until approximately one business day from the time it was delivered. For example, if an order was placed on Tuesday, then delivered on Wednesday, it will not be recorded as a sale in your account until Thursday.

Can I log-in for stats through RadioShack.com?
Once approved as an affiliate, you can log-in via our interface, LinkShare. Please note that through our log-in you can only access stats for sales made at RadioShack.com, and will only reflect sales made utilizing our new tracking system.

How do I create text links to individual categories or product pages?
Currently, linking to specific categories or product pages can only be done through interface. Once approved as an affiliate, you may create text links by going to LinkShare and entering your username and password in the space provided. Next, you will be offered a menu of options based on the type of link you are trying to create. Follow the instructions provided and you are minutes away from generating the necessary code.

How many products can I display on my site?
You may display as many products and images as you like from the choices available through LinkShare, once you have been approved as an affiliate. However, you may not attempt to duplicate our catalog in any way.

Can I include product pricing info on my site?
No. There may be frequent changes in product selection, pricing and availability. By displaying inaccurate pricing information, you run the risk of causing customer dissatisfaction.

How often will I get paid commission?
You will receive commission checks 45 days after the end of your 1st month anniversary in the RadioShack.com partner program. Subsequent checks will be paid every month thereafter.

I lost my password, where can I retrieve it?
No problem. Simply go to the forget password area, at LinkShare, enter your email address, and hit 'submit'. You will receive a response within 2-3 business days.

Will I get paid on every sale coming through my links, or just on first-time customers?
Our program will pay you commission on every sale that results from a direct link between our site and yours.

Can I include mention of my affiliation with RadioShack in any promotional literature?
Before including mention of RadioShack.com in any promotional literature, we would need to see a preview or draft of any copy at least thirty (30) business days before its use. We will then notify you in writing whether or not your request has been approved. Until approval has been granted, you are not permitted to use our name, logos, etc., except as outlined in the affiliate agreement.

Can a Web site based outside the United States become a RadioShack.com affiliate?
Yes, but please be aware that RadioShack.com does not currently ship items outside of the United States. At this time, we can only accept website orders for delivery to addresses within the United States or to APO/FPO addresses (Prices vary outside the contiguous 48 United States). Currently, we do not accept online orders from customers in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Customers should visit their local RadioShack stores in those areas. At the present time we are not able to process orders for shipment outside the United States and its territories.
